We stand behind every card we sell. If something is not right, we want to make it right. Here is everything you need to know about returns and refunds at PackTheRipper.

Condition Guarantee

Every card is guaranteed mint condition unless stated otherwise in the listing.

14-Day Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return if something is wrong with your order.

Our Policy

When you can return a card

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The card arrived in a condition different from what was described in the listing
  • The card was damaged during shipping (please keep the packaging for inspection)
  • You received the wrong card or an incorrect item

Condition and grading

Every card we sell is described honestly. Unless a listing explicitly states otherwise, every card is in mint condition — pulled fresh from a sealed booster pack and immediately protected. We do not use professional grading services (PSA, BGS, etc.) unless specifically stated on a listing. If you are looking for a card for grading purposes, please review the listing photos carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.

How to start a return

The process is simple:

  1. Email us at support@packtheripper.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue
  2. Include clear photos of the card and packaging if there is damage
  3. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label for UK orders
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we process your refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (PayPal) within 3-5 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Return shipping costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, condition not as described, or damage during shipping), we cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label for UK orders. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is at your own expense.

Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
